Like *badboythemer, I think your mark is large as well. What about losing the two bottom shapes and shrinking the second shape (from the top) to look like a flame? That's what I thought it was when I first started to scrolling down to view the logo. Still fits with the name too. If you go with the flame idea, I would try reversing the gold to yellow gradient to see what it looks like. It may resemble how a flame burns brighter at the source than at the top, but then again it may be too top heavy.
Not sure I enjoy the long tagline under "Bright Designs" either. Maybe lose "for 2007" and use a combination of caps and lowercase. All caps everywhere make it look too blocky, imo, and is too much contrast between the organic quality of your mark.
Kudos for the use of the outline on the mark and mimicking its weight with the type, though. I think this is the first time I've ever liked an outline on a logo.
I did think of that, but i thought it looked better random. It would fit to the name very well indeed.
I Tried so many fonts and styles its unreal I dont normally like outlines either, but this one was nice for the logo.
Thanks for your comment! Greatly appreciated I may make another version for this logo
really liked
